Homeland Security Secretary questioned by Senate Committee.
Illegal immigration and Arizona's efforts to stop it continue to be a topic of discussion, especially in Washington. Lawmakers grilled Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday. She says Arizona's law will not help federal efforts to curb the flow of illegal immigrants from Mexico. The new law makes it a crime to be in the country illegally in the state of Arizona without proper identification.
