Arizona's State Capitol vandalized.
Passing of the new immigration law in Arizona continues to spark debate across the country and even vandalism at the State Capitol in Phoenix. Authorities have reported that vandals smeared refried beans in the shape of swastikas onto the State Capitol's windows as a form of protest. The law makes it a crime to be an undocumented immigrant in the state of Arizona and requires police officers to question people if they have reasonable doubt that they are in the country illegally.
Sheriff Joe Apraio of Maricopa county says critics of the new law are jumping to conclusions about how police will change their behavior.
