A 60 year-old woman is dead after police say she was run over by a car, Matt Fernandez talked with a business owner who says the road she was hit on is very dangerous and something needs to be done.
The man who ran over this lady is a Pastor from a nearby church who needs to be brought to justice.He left the scene did not help her at all.This man was distracted because he had dropped his cell phone inside his car and tried to pick it up while driving on Old Port Isabel Rd.which caused this man to run over this 60 yr. old lady.BRING THIS MAN TO JUSTICE!!
