T.S.T.C. Students Turkey Bowl for Toys for Tots

Texas State Technical College students are bowling to raise money for charity, but instead of using a bowling ball, they are throwing frozen turkeys down the lane.

It's called Turkey Bowling and it is becoming a tradition at the college this time of year and instead of using regular pins they used soda bottles.  A strike will get you  a chance at winning a free turkey for Thanksgiving with students paying .25 cents a ticket to bowl. Those involved say this Holiday sport grows every year and all the proceeds go to the school's Toys for Tots program. Student government is hoping to raise more than $100 dollars which will allow them to buy at least 10 toys.
