Three people dead in Reynosa, Mexico shootout.

Three people are dead, in Reynosa, Mexico, following two separate shootouts invovling the Mexican army.

One person was killed in a shootout at Colonia Casa Bella, behind a former Haliburton plant, on Wednesday morning. Mexican authorities say the second shooting occurred on Wednesday evening which left two civilians dead. That shooting happened at the Altamira neighborhood near downtown Reynosa.
