A baby is fighting for its life and a teenage girl is behind bars and charged with injury to a child. San Benito police arrested 17 year-old Ada Marlene Rodriguez after doctors from Harlingen Medical Center called stating they had a baby girl brought in unconscious. Police interviewed the infants parents who say they found the baby at home face down in a car seat and not breathing. The infant remains in critical condition.
