Suspects Being Sought in Stripes Store Robbery

An investigation is underway into the aggravated robbery of a Brownsville convenience store and police have arrested one individual, but are searching for two other suspects, Na'Tassia Finley has the store.

One arrested, one on the lam and a person of interest who police are trying to identify, this is where a robbery case stands and police are wanting to close the case. The robbery occurred early Friday morning when at least two individuals entered a Stripes store off of Price road and Bernard Street demanding cash.

One suspect, Efrain Villegas, has been arrested on unrelated charges and then served a warrant on the charge of aggravated robbery. He did have an accomplice during the robbery, a woman, who police are searching for and have a warrant for her arrest in the connection to the robbery.
