A suspect has been arrested in connection to a hit and run accident that killed a 17 year-old Harlingen teen.

Harlingen police arrested 21 year-old Manuel Landaverde Jr. on multiple charges after being pulled over by police. Landaverde was driving a vehicle that matched the description which was reported as being seen at the accident scene. He is accused of hitting two teens and killing 17 year-old Luis Enrique Martinez and injuring 16 year-old juvenile. Landaverde's bond was set at $35,000 dollars on three charges.
