Nine current and former employees at Juarez-Lincoln high school have been indicted on felony charges. La Joya district leaders say the charges are based on an alleged payroll fraud scandal that involved teachers and administrators getting paid for time they didn't work. The fake time sheets were given out in late 2008 and into 2009 with more than $8,000 dollars of over time hours paid.
