A man guilty of attempted murder, but acquitted on the charge of murder, will spend the next 15 years behind bars, Michelle Macias has the details.

Rudy Reyes Jr. learned his fate on Tuesday morning as the jury decided to sentence him to prison for 15 years for attempted murder. Guadalupe Rojas, Reyes wife, doesn't believe her husband deserves to be in prison for 15 years for something he didn't do, but prosecutors and the victim's  family feel different. Reyes was found guilty of attempted murder when he shot two brothers back in October of 2008 and one of the brother died from his injuries.
