In Hidalgo county, an 18 year-old man is charged with capital murder after police say he tried to rob from a drug dealer, Michelle Macias has the details.
Justin Scepanski was charged with the murder of a well known street level drug dealer, Baldemar Villarreal on Saturday night. Police say Scepanski went the dealers home to buy drugs, but his real intentions was to rob Villarreal. Both men began arguring and Scepanski pulled out a 9 mm handgun and shot Villarreal in the chest. When police arrived at the scene, Villarreal was still alive and told them Justin was the shooter. Spanski's bond was set at $1 million dollars.

it was not all his falt.&& anyways is a crazy for him to get 45 yrs.i know his mother..i go to church with her and im supper closes to her..yes,its good for him to be there because he will learn his lesson.(she said it..she goes and sees him..&& i guess it is helping him learn from all his bad decisions you know..

i am so sorry you have to go through all of this. i know you did your best raising justin and justin just took a wrong turn somewhere down the road. and for justin. what happend to you? you had everything you ever needed and we were all here for you. its sad to see you and your mother to have to go through this. and sorry to the family that gained there loss. sincerly firedragondw
