jurors in the John Allen Rubio trial have come back with a decision of the death penalty of the murder of his three children back in March 2003. Rubio was convicted on Monday of the murders of his children, 3 year-old Julissa Quesada, 14 month old John E. Rubio and 2 month old Mary Jane Rubio. Their mother Angela Camacho was his common-law wife and she is serving time in prison for their deaths. We will have more on this story at 5 & 10 PM on NewsCenter 23.
