John Allen Rubio Found Guilty Of Capital Murder

John Allen Rubio has been found guilty on all four counts of capital murder for beheading three children.

After 11 days of trial 29 year old John Allen Rubio was found guilty of capital murder for killing three children of his common law wife Angela Camacho. Monday morning closing arguments were given by the defense and prosecution. This is Rubio's second trial. In 2003 of he was found guilty of the same crime capital murder of the children at families apartment complex, but it was overturned in 2007 on an appeal.
This trial Rubio pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and something the defense made clear in their closing arguments.

"He's not clever, not charming, he's insane."

Following the defense the prosecution made their closing arguments.

"It was selfish act he was not insane, he got rid of those three babies because he treated them as baggage, as trash."

After just a little over 2 hours of closing arguments the jury deliberated at around 11am to determine the verdict. Just after 3pm a verdict was made, and John Allen Rubio stood in front of Judge Noe Gonzalez.

"We the jury find him guilty of capital murder count 1, guilty of capital murder count 2, guilty of capital count 3 and count 4 "
Rubio then returned to his seat emotionless

The next step in the trail is the sentencing face.
