Heavy rains caused the right lanes at the intersection of Boca Chica and Old Port Isabel to be flooded and having motorist drive through the area with caution.

Motorist say they are use to Boca Chica flooding when it rains, but many continue to wonder what can be done to improve the water drainage at the intersection.
