FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING.

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* A PORTION OF DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
AREAS...BROOKS...COASTAL CAMERON...COASTAL WILLACY...HIDALGO...
INLAND CAMERON...INLAND WILLACY...JIM HOGG...KENEDY...STARR
AND ZAPATA.

* THROUGH THIS EVENING

* PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
ACROSS DEEP SOUTH TEXAS. TOTAL ACCUMULATION FROM TROPICAL
DEPRESSION TWO WILL REACH 3 TO 5 INCHES IN PLACES.

* FLOODING MAY OCCUR BECAUSE THE GROUND IS SATURATED FROM RECENT
RAINS ASSOCIATED WITH HURRICANE ALEX. LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND
SMALL STREAMS COULD SWELL TO RAGING TORRENTS OF WATER. CREEKS
AND ARROYOS WILL QUICKLY RISE AND POSSIBLY FLOW OUT OF BANKS.
RESACAS WILL QUICKLY FILL AND POSSIBLY OVERFLOW. IN ADDITION...
LOCAL RUNOFF MAY CAUSE ADDITIONAL RISES ON THE LOWER RIO
GRANDE RIVER BELOW FALCON DAM.
