Custom agents seize $1.3 million dollars in drugs.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents seized up to $1.3 million dollars worth of heroin and cocaine over the weekend.

Agents made the seizures in two separate busts at the Gateway International port of entry. The first bust occurred on Saturday when agents inspected a bicycle ridden by a 52 year-old man and found 3.8 pounds of heroin. On the second bust agents inspected a SUV driven by a 19 year-old Matamoros man and found 12 packages of cocaine hidden in the SUV.
