A Customs and Border Protection officer is behind bars after shooting a bar owner in the parking lot and killing him, Michelle Macias has the story.

The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Department responded to calls of the shooting on the 4000 block on North Conway near Palmhurst. When deputies arrived at the scene the crowd from the club were in the parking lot and a DPS officer holding two men at gunpoint.
