City of Grulla Under Mandatory Evacuation
With the release of water at Falcon dam the last two days, the river levels continue to rise and residents in the City of Grulla are under a mandatory evacuation, Julio Olivo brings us more.
La Grulla became the second city along the Rio Grande river to go from voluntary to mandatory evacuation as water continued to rise from the river. The mandatory evacuation began at 10 AM on Thursday and police handing out flyers informing residents of the order. The city was already looking deserted as homes were empty and police units patrolling the streets, but some residents were still packing.
