These four women were arrested back in March at two massage parlors in Brownsville for prostitution causing the City Commissioners to approve an ordinance that will regulate massage parlors.

Under the ordinance massage parlors will have to register with the city and obtain a license at a fee of $250 a year. This will provide the health department with a tool to investigate establishments that could be operating illegally and exploiting women.
