Police arrested two men.
Police say, the men were distributing these drugs on the streets.
Brownsville resident, Janet Martinez says she was visiting her grandma next-door and became so intrigued, she grabbed her camera phone, and started taking pictures.
"I just saw the police put the guys on the floor, two of them, they handcuffed them, and that's when I took the picture."
Martinez says, this neighborhood is usually pretty quiet.
She says, she's never seen anything suspicious at the home before.
