B.I.S.D. opens Porter high school for resident's needing shelter.

In Brownsville, the school district has opened it's doors for community members seeking refuge from the storm. Porter high school opened it's doors on Tuesday evening and ready to hold up to 800 people. If there is a need for more shelters to be opened the district will open Rivera and Pace high schools. Porter high school is located at 3500 International Blvd and will remain open as long as needed.
