Tropical Storm Dolly expected to reach Mexican coast

Tropical depression five is now Tropical Storm Dolly and expected to continue it's path into Mexico. At 10 am Central time the center of Tropical Storm Dolly was located near latitude 23.4 north and longitude 96.5 west.
