Mexican shrimping fleet leaves Brownsville after Tropical Storm Dolly passes

The Port of Brownsville returns to normal operations Thursday, after the departure of two Mexican shrimp fleets that sought safe harbor ahead of Tropical Storm Dolly.

Wednesday was the Valley's best chance to get some much needed rainfall out of Tropical Storm Dolly.  Well, Dolly did not disappoint.  The RGV could get more rain on Thursday as well.
