Magical Night of Middle Eastern and North African Cuisine

Join us for a magical night of fun, dancing, music and exotic foods from North Africa and the Middle East! UTPA and the Arabic Language & Culture Club will be hosting a fundraiser dinner at AlBasha Restaurant in an effort to send UTPA students abroad for cultural immersion and leadership training.

Your 6 course meal will be a memorable experience & for a wonderful cause:

Price Per person is $40
UTPA Students is $25 (with valid ID)

*Appetizers that include Humus, Babaganoush, Tabouli and Flavored Olives

*Harira Soup-->Moroccan Tomato and lentil soup simmered in parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic and ginger.

*Dinner Entrees- Served with Albasha Rice- Exotic Mixture of cranberries, almonds, pistachios, apricots and dates
AND a selection of 2 entres
-->Beef Kabob- Marinated Meat in a Skewer
-->Chicken Kabob- Marinated Meat in a Skewer
-->Lamb Tajine- Braised lamb with saffron, ginger served with prunes and almonds
