Starting April 28th till May 16th be watching at 5, 6, & 10 pm. When you see phone number to call be the 23rd caller and win 23,000 pennies. To be eligible you must be at least 18 years of age or older and must reside in Cameron, Willacy, Hidalgo, Starr or Kennedy county to qualify and must have valid identification with a picture (such as a valid Texas driver's license) [and] social security card. Caller can not have won any KVEO contest in the past thirty days in order to qualify.
