KVEO NBC-23 has an incredible lineup of programming during the daytime with NBC's TODAY Show expanding an additional hour and including Ellen Degeneres, Maury Povich, Rachael Ray and newcomer Jerry Springer.KVEO NBC-23 complements NBC's top-notch primetime programs such as The Office, Heroes, My Name is Earl, Dateline NBC, Deal Or No Deal, etc...;with the best in syndicated programming. One of the biggest change for KVEO NBC-23 is the rerturn of NEWS CENTER 23 on October 1st of 2007 with local news in HD. The first affiliate in the Rio Grande Valley to broadcast its news in full High Definition at 5, 6 and 10 P.M.. Our prime access is a great half hour of programming with the George Lopez Show at 6:30pm followed by NBC programming. NBC Sports offers the most outstanding sporting events on network television including the NFL Sunday Night football, NHL, Wimbledon, numerous events from the PGA Tour, Notre Dame football, and the Olympics through 2012.

• We are the Rio Grande Valley's NBC affiliate.
• We were brought on the air by a group of local investors who wanted to bring a 3rd network alternative to the RGV. This is our 24th year of broadcasting.
• KVEO - our call letters come from Que Veo? - which in Spanish means What are you watching?
• There are only 4 English Language over the air networks in the Rio Grande Valley
• We are DMA 91 and the 10th Hispanic Market in the U.S.
• We have a small close knit staff who've worked with us an average of 6 years apiece.
• Using a newly constructed and updated 1500-foot tower along with 2,500,000 watts of effective radiated power. KVEO TV provides its viewers and clients with the strongest television signal in the Rio Grande Valley.
• As an Ultra High Frequency Television station KVEO TV's signal, covers all four Rio Grande Valley counties: Hidalgo, Cameron, Willacy and Starr. In addition, KVEO TV's signal strength also reaches 16 miles into the Mexican Interior, reaching cities like Matamoros, Reynosa and Progresso.
• Unlike Cable TV's reach of only 40%, KVEO TV reaches 100% of Rio Grande Valley residents along with the benefits of reaching viewers in the Mexican Border cities.
• Altogether KVEO TV reaches approximately 2.7 million people.
• On the air now with Digital 23.1 and HD channel 860 on cable.
